1- I am doing my bachelors (undergraduate) in Computer Science
2- I am planning to do my masters (graduate) from Canada.
3- The masters will take 2 years.

Now consider that I have done my masters. Now should I follows these steps:
1- Apply for PGWP (Post Graduate Work Permit)(Will I easily get it?)
2- Do job for 1 year
3- Apply under CEC.

Can I apply for CEC like above and is there any other recquirement for CEC(like LMO)?

And, lastly, what in the world is PNP(Provincial Nominee Program)?. I plan to do masters from University of Newfoundland,Newfoundland. Can I make use of this PNP program? Can I apply for both CEC and PNP?

Yes you can, as long as your position is skill level A, B or 0 and your NOC is not excluded from the CEC.

Google your provinces PNP program and you'll find lots of information and yes, you can apply under both categories.

Cheers
