Hello,
Are they still sending the AOR for PGP2020? We mailed our application in the first week of March and heard nothing from CIC yet.

Many people in this group received request for Biometrics without any AOR. So I won't be concerned.

i got request for bio on Aug 27 which i already completed

now i got request for PCC and medicals on Sep 7th ..

However they never send me instructions for medicals....without instructions, i am unable to get medicals.. i contacted their call center.. they said they will bring into the notice and CPC mississauga can take up to 20 days to send me instructions for medicals..

any idea how to contact them and proceed.. any alternatives

Are you sure that they didn’t send you the instruction? Try linking the principals account to mycic, that way you’ll receive email communications from them. They just send you an email (in your cic inbox) that you need to show to do PDF. Honestly, you don’t even need instructions…as long as you’ve the IMM numbers and go to recognized panel physician you should be good to go.

The document I got from CIC requesting form....they have mentioned that I can send the document online using below link. You can send to them and ask your query using the same link.

Are you sure that they didn’t send you the instruction? Try linking the principals account to mycic, that way you’ll receive email communications from them. They just send you an email (in your cic inbox) that you need to show to do PDF. I believe your parents had given medicals for their extension of supervisa and they are less than year ago, so that might be the reason that cic has accepted the old medicals for application.

Hi, I haven't received AOR, DM email and CSQ email yet but I have received biometrics and medical request same as you.
Did you prepare your CSQ application already?

Hi, thanks, same here, I didnt receive AOR, DM or CSQ emails either.

I've thought of starting to prepare for CSQ, as they need some documents to be submitted with it as well.

From what I saw for the applications in 2019, it seems that they receives emails asking for CSQ around the same time that they receive a DM for the sponsor, I was just wondering if there is a system error, since I havent received a single email (sent to the sponsor, which is me) from them for the application.

Ive tried calling them several times, but it seems impossible to get through these days.

thanks for the reply... IRCC need medicals and they mentioned they sent me instructions for medical separately, however i didn't received any separate instructions. I called on IRCC and the agent told me that she will ask CPC Mississauga to send instruction however it may take up to 20 days to get the instructions.. so just wondering if the instructions are particular with any reference or generic instructions.

There should be a message in mycic account with medical examination request form with all instruction.

IRCC asked for police clearance.

they gave 3 options to submit documents

- MyCIC account
- email
- IRCC webform

Hi, on the police clearance request letter you received from IRCC, did it specify the dates of the police clearance?

For example, I might ask my parents to go and get a police clearance now, since that takes about 1 week. Let's say if I receive the request in 2 weeks, then the police clearance will be dated slightly earlier than the letter, is that anything in the letter saying that the police clearance must be obtained after the date of the letter? Thanks
