Same shoes, My parents got pre-arrival July 14 and PCC request. Submitted PCC and still waiting for PPR.

Same here. Got pre arrival letter on Dec 29, 2022 along with PCC request which passed but apparently the security background check has not started yet and we are still waiting for confirmation letter and PPR.

IRCC sent an invitation to me in 2022. For some reason I could not apply in 2022, Can I apply in 2023 once IRCC starts processing 2020 applications? Can anyone advise, please?

Oh I would be interested to know as well. I got one in 2021.

I don't think we can though. I think they give you 60 days and if it expires you cannot apply again until invited again.

I agree. I believe once you are selected and sent invite, you are out of the pool for the next draw. We will see.

Yes PCC is Police Clearance.
No idea if process is quicker if in Canada.
Did you get PCC from India or Canada?

my parents have travelled to canada twice and in one of trips stayed for more than 6 moths.
i will include their trips in travel history but do i need to change their address to canadian address while they were visiting us in canada?
