Yes but a supervisa is a visitor visa. After a certain amount of time in Canada and if visa extensions are denied they will be expected to return home and establish themselves in their home country before returning to Canada again. A supervisa does not allow a parent to move to Canada. They are able to visit for a longer period of time. Parent sponsorship program is also not guaranteed. They could also be denied for excessive medical needs if suddenly their health deteriorates or need expensive treatment like dialysis.
I haven't received ARO yet for PR application of my parent. I have also applied for their Super Visa extension. I have got Biometric request. Not sure if that is pertaining to Super Visa extension or what.
Hi,
Can someone please advise if there is a blood or urine test is requried in medical exam in India as my parents got their medical request. I know there is a chest x-ray but not sure about blood or urine test.
If someone's parents done their medical they might know.
Thanks in advance.

It states that we need to submit within 30 days i.e. before 8th October. When I checked for the earliest appointment in the nearby vfs, it’s 19th October.
It won’t be possible to travel to other city (if at all appointments are available there).
Is there any option to get an early appointment based on the IRCC letter mentioning due date?
Or
the only option is to notify IRCC that due to unavailability of the appointments, we would submit it late?
anyone planning to apply Indian Police clearance for parents within Canada ? I see BLS center can provide PCC.. Not sure how long it will take ...BLS website mentioned it will take around 8 weeks.. My parents are here in Canada and i need PCC.. would it be best to apply from BLS or recommended to get locally from India
Hello Harry, I have been able to link just have entered Principal Applicants details (application number that starts with FXXXXX). Another thing is maybe your application is not yet in that stage that it can be linked, could be! I have received an email with AOR with file number. submission date 8 March
Hi thanks for replying.
I have received AOR as well starting with FXXX along with a request to submit imm5768.
Application received march 8th, processing not started yet. Will try to link later
I never did. But when you link your application you can see the dates when they received it and when they started processing it. The only communication I received was biometrics request.
Does anyone have the template/format of the consent form for VFS Biometric enrollment - It'd have been nice to be able to download it from VFS - but no luck so far.
