Hi I also recieved the same; this is IMM5768 form for year 2020; if you remember in the document checklist they did mention that they dont need confirmation for the 2020 NOA for now; and that they will ask later; so this is what this letter is about; you acknowledgment for NOA 2020

Hi everyone, App date feb 22. Received AOR and IMM5768 form request.

In order to ptovide updated form. I have to submit it via webform. I have a question about webform - under applicant information section, we enter parents details..but who's UCI and application number i should enter since I have a new born this month, and webform says if adding dependent child, mention applicant's UCI and Application number. As I (sponsor) have a newborn, shall I enter my UCI and application number in the webform?

Hi there, VFS is open, I havent received BIOMETRICS request but to be on safer side I have booked appointment for my parents in September. I booked from vancouver.

Just create an account using parents details and book

My friend - This is a dumb move at the cost of others who have actually received a biometric request. People like me are not getting dates to book appointment. If you are not the uneducated animal as your nasty action suggests, you'd do the decent thing and cancel your appointment.

Hi Everyone I received email from cic Mississauga with an attachment . The attachment says document is required to meet minimum income requirements . In next line it says if not already included in your application. Since I already included all document in my original application do I need to do anything?. I believe it is a standard format send to everyone. Can you please confirm?

I Am also struggling to link the account. I now have application no and UCI no. However despite adding all detail to link the account the account could not be found. Any idea? I very much appreciate your feedback. Thank you

Hi,

I too received (yesterday) the AOR email with a request to submit an IMM 5768 form. I am quite sure that I already submitted the requested form, and provided consent to allow IRCC access my information from CRA - therefore I won't be re-submitting the IMM 5768.

Hi All,

Yesterday I received AOR with a request to submit an IMM 5768 form. I already submitted the requested form, with consent to allow IRCC access my information from CRA. I saw they asked from many applicant again. May be because we send our application before generating NOA 2020 that's why they asking the consent again. I will send this form again I don't want delay.

One question is I won't be able to link my application as I got the application and UCI number but still I won't be link application. Any suggestions!

Bio request is an email notification.
DM is checking the status online.
