i submitted the form, my uncle's DOB was missing because he is deceased so i did not put his DOB when i sent application, and they asked for background information which i only wrote for 10 years for my parents but they asked from when they were 18

and i forgot they asked for hand written signatures on Schedule A

So you sent the whole new IMM5406 form and IMM5669 schedule form?

In background check form IMM5669 they ask for only 10 years history, how did you submit since 18 years of age? I think we just submit CV with work history since the age of 18 years. Can you please confirm?

Do I need to get my own documents( canadian passport, Citizenship certificate) attested?
All of their documents are attested.

In background check form IMM5669 they ask for only 10 years history, how did you submit since 18 years of age? I think we just submit CV with work history since the age of 18 years. Can you please confirm?

when i sent application, i sent only 10 years on both IMM5669 and CV but the they asked since 18 years so i submitted new IMM5999 yesterday since 18 years of age , they did not ask for CV

No, i submitted a regular copy not attested and they did not asked for attested copies as they asked me to do some other forms again

I am new here and would greatly appreciate your advice on this so I can finalize the application package to sponsor my dad:

He lives in China and took the required (2) photos earlier this month that are now being couriered to me via DHL. The photography studio stamped their name and wrote the address at the back of the photo but they were in Chinese. Do I need to get a certified translation here once I receive these photos OR that I can translate the name and addresses myself?

I am not sure if the photos would be considered "documents not in English/French" that needs to follow the translation requirement.
