So the 2020 PGP invitation has completed.
Back to 2018, in a "normal" year, the express of interest was opening at 2 February, for one month
So if we are to speculate the PGP 2021, then we could say it's going to be starting on 2 Feb
But in the official news, IRCC said it would likely be starting a "new" express of interest (mind you, the word NEW)... So it is now up in the air for further speculation about the time and the procedure

My parents are here on a supervisa now I will have to apply for an extension in July. They arrived August 2019 and were granted two year entry.

I won’t lose hope until the tool is posted to confirm I wasn’t invited it’s a last resort but it’s the only way I’ll know for sure 100% the emails could be delayed I might still get it later on tonight
