hello fellow forum members! It seems that it has now been established based on my review of all the information that I can use 2018,2019 and 2020 for THIS years PGP given i win the lottery. My question is how do i ensure they use my (2018,2019,2020) income if i just tick the box saying they can have access to my CRA account? my 2017 income wasn't enough
They said i can submit 2020 NOA later but in the meantime wont they just consider 2017 2018,2019?
Is it better to submit manual copies of 2018 and 2019 and then submit 2020 once its available?

lol i saw that but that doesn't answer my question. I exceed the 2020 income requirement by a huge margin even if they increase it by alot.
my question is i want them to consider 2018,2019,2020 combo NOT 2017,2018,2019 combo because i didnt make enough in 2017. If i automatically tick the cra box whose to say they wont automatically consider 2017,2018,2019 combo. They've already established that 2020 can be used for THIS years PGP.
Apologies in advance if i misunderstood something and am open to clarifications!

It means the 2020 season PGP income requriement aren't final! Not the LICO of year 2020 only.
Before they open the interest to apply form, I am sure they will update which year and how much would the 2020 season PGP require.
We don't even know if the form has a "cra box" for you to tick.
but then what about this info: doesn't this establish that 2020 income can in fact be used for this years PGP. Sorry if im completely not on track but im just trying to make sure i'm clear:
If you’re invited to apply
We need to receive your sponsorship application within 60 days. The exact deadline will be in your invitation to apply.
If your application isn’t complete, we return it to you without processing it. However, for the 2020 process, we know that you may not get your 2020 Notice of Assessment (NOA) until after you apply. So, for the 2020 process, we’ll accept your application if you submit your NOAs for the 2018 and 2019 tax years, and submit your 2020 NOA as soon as it’s available.

2020 Tax year's NOA will not be available to anyone until mid of March 2021.
Most likely IRCC will ask everyone NOAs from 2017, 2018 and 2019 if you win the lottery in the first round.

So this may be hinting that they will use 2018, 2019 and 2020 NOA. BUT we do not know for sure yet.
Wait for the rule to be offically posted. There is NOTHING you can do to panic.

In that case you can fill in the information of 2020 in IMM 5768 Financial Evaluation Form and authorize IRCC to access your CRA account.
In your case better to file your tax as soon as possible in the beginning of March 2021.
im just scared that some random officer will not scrutinize the rules/information properly and use 2017,2018,2019 instead and reject my application. I'm wondering if it makes sense to either include a LOE or to just send them 2018 and 2019 manually and then send in 2020 later
i'm gonna ask my company to try and expedite my T4 for this year based on exceptional circumstances

You will have three weeks' time this year to send expression of interest. Most probably you don't need these document this year.

CIC don't need year 2017 tax return for PGP 2020 program, CIC will accept your application if you submit your NOAs for the 2018 and 2019 tax years, and submit your 2020 NOA as soon as it’s available.
only required document need to submit. extra document will not help you if it is not required.
