My father didn't receive or accidentally deleted the email sent by IRCC for medicals and I got a notification today after I linked the file to GC key that an email was sent and they sent me a final request. Please let me know about the biometric request status of your parents. Did biometric and medicals request come in the same email or was it different?

in my mom-in-law’s case, she received 2 separate emails. biometrics request came first then a week after medical request…

Would they be able to send the initial email if I call the help desk and request them as I cannot find the email and the latest medical request they sent doesn't contain the document needed to submit to the medical center.

I am not sure. did you ask ur parents to check on their trash folder maybe they haven’t completely deleted them yet. normally, when someone deletes an email, it goes to the trash folder, so maybe it’s still there. if ur parents are not so good with computer, you can instruct them on how to filter emails or how to go to their trash folder. or better yet, maybe ask them the password for their email and go look for it urself?

Hi, today my Permanent Residence Status changed from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE.
my file had already been sent to Ankara Visa Office in November 2021.

As long as you're looking under the PR application status and not the sponsorship application stauts and it says decision made then it means your application has either been approved or denied.

Hopefully, it's approved and the next step is; you'd get a PPR. Now how long from now you'd get this PPR is a bit of an unknown. Could be tomorrow, next week, next month or when IRCC wakes up from their slumber.

On the other hand if it says decision made under sponsorship application status it means you've been approved as a sponsor and the actual PR application can now start.

As per my understanding, You will get it along with your passport. Timelines may vary according to where you submitted passport.

Just an update:
My mother in law received her medical request on June 6, 2022 after 8 months of waiting; finally it is moving. Biometrics request was October 2021.
