I think we all who are not selected from many years should file a petition saying that who so ever filled up form and qualify they should start accepting them and May can start processing their application may be according to time submitted or time dice in Canada . Whatever. Everyone of us has right to call and stay with our parents. Atleast if we are in line we can get number mat be in 1 year 2 years 5 years doesn’t matter. Atleast the torture of applying every time and picked up should end. I don’t mind if my parents are coming in 2 or 3 years. But I think I will be satisfied that I am in queen. Atleast like spousal application parents grandparents application should be open throughput the year. I f we collect 500 dollar per person and if we are even 1000 people we can get enough money to fight case against government. It’s our right and we should fight

You raise a good point - why keep reopening a list that is already full? Just work through it. Once everyone on that list has been sent an invitation, then start opening it up again. Not everyone will apply/ be eligible to apply.

This is why I think the notification of interest should be more detailed to make sure we meet the criteria. Why not check our taxes at that stage? It's easy enough because it's all online. No ITA if you don't meet the LICO. Would certainly cut down the number of applicants.

Hi im just wondering my confirmation number starts with a number and i check in this forum the ones get an invitation their confirmation number is different and starts with letter. Im getting paranoid now. oh boy. Is there anyone out their the confrimation number starts with a number?

I have some queries regarding parents and grandparents PR sponsorship application. I am going to sponsor my father, mother and their dependent child which falls under Type C dependent. That dependent child is older than 18 years older and there are forms IMM 5669 and IMM 5406 which must be completed by principal applicant and all dependents above 18 years old.



My question is, does that Type C dependent also needs to complete those forms as well as Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume as per IRCC requirements or is that dependent exempted from it?



This question is specifically for following items: IMM 5669, IMM 5406, and Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume. As far as the CV, due to medical condition she didn't held any jobs or volunteer positions.

It is scheduled to get withdrawn in 2 weeks. The decision has already been made last year about withdrawing the charges.

How? Are you entering in the peace bond or already in the 1 year time of the peace bond which will expire in two weeks or you going to appear in a trail in two weeks?
Bottom line is if your charge is getting withdrawn then there is nothing to be worried about about your sponsorship application.

So unfair to keep people guessing. No information of how many people they are inviting etc. every day and also "several days" as per cic news post could be 3 days to 30 days.
