If we don't have results we can of course enter in another lottery (lots of chance we didn't get a spot in 2020, right?) But I think to prevent this kind of commotion, they aren't going to open 2021 lottery until they release 2020 results.
According to the shared timeline sheet for previous years, it would have been between December 15 - 20, the IRCC would be sending out invitation IF the word they use "THIS" year applied! Ha ha ha... so guess!

My parents got their PR under PGP 2019. For birth certificates they submitted copies of their 10th and 11th/12th mark sheets. For marriage certificate, they submitted an affidavit from a notary. These were accepted by IRCC and they got their PRs few months back.
Hi @vermas,
Congratulations on completing your process and being selected in 2019. I would really appreciate if you may kindly share your experience, document checklist or documents required so the fellow applicants from this year can better prepare.
If you’re invited to apply
We need to receive your sponsorship application within 60 days. The exact deadline will be in your invitation to apply.
If your application isn’t complete, we return it to you without processing it. However, for the 2020 process, we know that you may not get your 2020 Notice of Assessment (NOA) until after you apply. So, for the 2020 process, we’ll accept your application if you submit your NOAs for the 2018 and 2019 tax years, and submit your 2020 NOA as soon as it’s available.
Not sure if you've noticed but there is a pandemic and numbers have been exploding in Canada. I assume there is a good chance that people will be selected in January. NOA 2020 is needed so there is no huge rush. Personally only think PGP2020 was announced so late in the year because of the risk of an election next year.
