Does anybody knows the length of time that a Travel Document valid for after it's given to you?

I didn't understand rahulgj response so I'm not sure if we're in the same page here, but if you were talking about how long PR blue travel documents are valid for,
it depends on the passport officer. I got 5 years (beyond the validity of my PR card) while my cousins got 3 years.

It depends, travel document is a document when you lost your PR card and the embassy issue a valid document with which you can travel to that country. however PR card is a valid proof if you have that, you do not need anything after that with a valid passport.
