Hi all! Can I submit an application for a permanent resident travel document to Manila visa office while I'm here in Canada? If so, should I put a mailing address in Canada or in the Philippines? How long does it usually take for them to process a travel document? I have plans to travel to the Philippines in December but my pr card is already expired. I have applied for a renewal already but the processing time for pr cards keep increasing. TIA

You'll need to wait until you are in the Philippines before you submit the application since you need to include your passport.
