Permanent Resident Card issue help

Hi,

My wife landed as a new permanent resident on Sept 11, 2014 and we still haven't received the PR card. When she called CIC today they said the airport did not process the PR application as they do not see it on their systems. 3 months wasted!

they said to wait and they will send a message to the airport (Pearson airport) for finish their process and come back to them... Is there a number to call at the airport to check if they processed it? any other avenues to take to get this processed?

You could try talking to your MP. They can sometimes get info the average person can't. At least he or she should know who to call. Of course, MPs vary in how much they are willing to help, but you might have a useful one.
