When you enter to ECAS and check Permanent resident card, what identification number do you use? How do you know your card number if you are waiting for it first time
You card number will be your UCI (Unique Client Identifier).
Interestingly, the UCI of my PR Application, which would be the number of my PR Card, is also the UCI of my previous Visitor Visa (TRV). I think that is a rule of CIC.
