Hello,

M parent landed on March 26. She hasn't received her permanent resident card yet. What should I do? Faxed imm5451e one month ago, but no update.
  1. We sent you a letter on November 12, 2021. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  2. You entered Canada at the Pearson,Lester B.,Terminal No. 1 Airport office on March 26, 2022 and became a Permanent Resident.
