Hi Me and my dad is the only family just 2 persons and I am here. His brothers and their whole family is also here. Does this not make a strong case for his health and care. He is 54 years old.

It's honestly impossible for any of us to say what his chances are through H&C. On the one hand, you are his only child. On the other hand, he is still relatively young and working age so it will likely be very difficult to make the argument that he cannot live independently in his home country.

At 54 years of age, not a particularly exceptional circumstance. Are you eligible to sponsor through PGP? Does he have health issues that require significant attention? Does he work? The fact everyone moved to Canada doesn’t make this it an exceptional circumstance, just personal choices.

No i am not yet eligible for PGP otherwise i would have applied through that.
