Hi

I have been working as a post doc at a university in Quebec. I have both a work permit and a study permit. This year I renewed everything including CAQ. I was thinking of applying for permanent residency and for that I need to get CSQ from Quebec. Can I apply for CSQ when I already applied to renew the CAQ?
