Since Quebec is not part of the program, you must provide your province ID, that shows where you live

I uploaded only provincial ID under the identity section and only citizenship certificate under proof of status.
for those of you from Haiti. I did not include the police certificate from DCPJ- Just an explanation letter.

I submitted passport + driver’s license of Anchor. Successfully received AOR.

I don't know why people are stressing themselves for no reason.
Status in Canada: citizenship certificate (pdf format, front and back), RP card (pdf format, front and back) OR Passport copie - bio page (Mandatory: need to be signed)
Provincial ID: driver's license, or provincial photo ID for those who do not have a driver license, Health card.

Are you sure it was returned? Or maybe they sent you a request letter to resend those forms? Returned after AOR seems unusual

My application was returned, it said review the following document:

1. Birth certificates
2. Marriage certificates
3. And ID's

I did not authenticate them before getting then translated, could thay be the reason?

I will authenticate them and then get them translate it to submit it again. Did anyone else had this issue?

Yes it is returned. I have to resubmit the app.

On 12/12/2023, my common-law partner signed the form in front of a commissioner of oath, and I promptly submitted the updated document through the webform. that didn't work I guess

But when your anchor signed digitally with a notary when you originally submitted your app? Or it was never notarized?
