Pending PR under pei PNP with job offer

Hi guys!

I just submitted my EE PNP PR application. I am currently outside canada with job offer. My question is can i apply for work permit and go to canada while waiting for my PR? Is there any case like this? Because my province gave me a support letter for my work permit, and my employer wants me to go there asa soon as possible.

No, this doesnt' make you eligible for a work permit.
