PCC India: PSK or multiple places?

DId you get your PCC from local police station for different addreses?
I got rejection recently as I had stayed in multiple states and took PCC from local police station.

Just get it from PSK

If it is for obtaining PCC from Passport Seva, they don't ask address history just the address where you are staying and the proofs for that.
PCC from local police station is not an acceptable form of PCC for immigration purposes to Canada.
