Finally! "Item processed" in Ottawa at 6:22 PM.

They got my passport on the 14th and my application got approved on Monday.

I am in USA and our passports received by CIC on 19th July.
When can I expect passport and COPR.Some of you are receiving passports within 8-10 days,is it because u r applying from Canada?

5-6 business days for processing (if passport stamping required). 3-4 days for processing (if passport stamping not required i.e. Photocopy submission).

Delivery time differs even within Canada. Express post from Ottawa to GTA takes one day, but west coast may take 2 days. Delivery to US may take longer due to delay in customs.

she submitted at vfs Jalandhar and got it back 6th day after submission

Hi guys
Got my copr and landed just now at rainbow bridge.

My application was shown approved last Friday night so it takes them 2 bd to send the passport!
