Hi folks... today I see that return tracker (Canada post) is activated but I don't see status change in CIC, its still showing application in progress. Has anyone seen this situation? please share your experience.
CPC told me they hadn't received my package when I emailed on Jan 18th. I emailed them a pdf of the the signed delivery slip and got no response. I assumed they had found my package. Emailed two days ago and they again told me that they hadn't received my package. I emailed them back immediately with the delivery slip and an email from DHL confirming the package was delivered to the CPC mailroom. I also attached my previous correspondence with them. No response. I called the IRCC phone line and they said they would send an internal email. I also followed up with an email to CPC. Guess what? They found my package. So frustrating!!

Folks.. for passport sent from Canada to Ottawa office.. did you self address the Xpresspost return envelop? I did not as it was mentioned
"DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE".
But I am in doubt now. As Canada post is rerouting my passport back and forth.
Any experience/advice in this please.

Don't worry because IRCC will post a print out slip having your address on return address section. I did used a pen to write my address on return address section but IRCC just posted a print out slip having my address.

finally got my passport back with corp, after multiple follow ups with Canada post! One questions, for US Citizen's they don't send CORP copy? I did not receive that for my kid.
