Thanks! Luckily all got sorted out in the end they were able to use the same cancelled label and did not have to rush and send new label to IRCC. Some FedEx employees are clearly not trained and I am talking about their Tech team which s higher up than the regular customer service. Anyways my Passports were delivered to me Today. Question: I attached 2 recent photos as specified by CIC taken at Walgreens. I feel that the lighting was not very good and there might be chances of CIC asking me for another set of photos. So if my photos don't get approved, will they still send me my passport with CoPR? And ask for only another set of photos w/o passport? I am from a country requiring to send passport.

One of the photos provided will be pasted on your CORP. Therefore, in case you are required to provided two other photos, they won't be able to issue CORPs and send back passport until they receive your new photos.

CPC told me they hadn't received my package when I emailed on Jan 18th. I emailed them a pdf of the the signed delivery slip and got no response. I assumed they had found my package. Emailed two days ago and they again told me that they hadn't received my package. I emailed them back immediately with the delivery slip and an email from DHL confirming the package was delivered to the CPC mailroom. I also attached my previous correspondence with them. No response. I called the IRCC phone line and they said they would send an internal email. I also followed up with an email to CPC. Guess what? They found my package. So frustrating!!
