Does anyone knows how long it takes for printing Permanent Residency Visa and COPR after the passport is received in the printing room? I called CIC today; the agent told me that my passport is in the printing room from 10th Jan 2018. My passport was received by CPC Ottawa on 22nd Dec 2017.

My lawyer told it takes from 4-5 weeks

which tracker is this? is it the Canada Post prepaid envelope or the IRCC account? If it is the Canada Post, Does IRCC email you the tracking number?
Please, i need to know because I did not save the tracking code from my prepaid envelope before sending it to them.
