Passports to CPC Ottawa-August 2017

I checked with Fedex. Nothing on their end. No activity related to the return label and/or my account/address. CIC agent had told me the package was sent out on Sept 5. I may have to call back CIC to find out what's going on. Frustrating.

Did you get any catch-up charges after your delivery to Ottawa and original payment?

FedEx posted something to my card yesterday, but there is no new active records in my account. I am sure I already paid for the 1st delivery 2 days after it had happened back in August.

For sending, I sent directly from store. Did not use my account.

For return label, I have received my passports, but nothing has been charged yet.

Try writing an email to Ottawa with explanation of situation and request for tracking number and/or for any other details. Something to pass to FedEx.

Thanks. That makes sense: it takes them 24-48 hours to charge.

How long does it take for PP to be sent to printing room (after they receive the PP)?

Hey there.. ( to all who has the same date that i sent my passport to CPC Ottawa)

PPR: august 11, 2017
PP submitted: August 14, 2017
PP delivered: August 17, 2017

I spoke with the IRCC agent today and told me that she has a good news for me that they dispatch all the return passport as of today... im trying to track it but she told me so many issues about tracking in canada post... but she reassure me that passport is sent to canada post as of today.. so hopefully i will get it in 3-4 days... Well, finally some good news! My tracker just got activated. Says package was picked up 10 minutes ago. Will be getting the passports tomorrow!
