I checked with Fedex. Nothing on their end. No activity related to the return label and/or my account/address. CIC agent had told me the package was sent out on Sept 5. I may have to call back CIC to find out what's going on. Frustrating.
Did you get any catch-up charges after your delivery to Ottawa and original payment?
FedEx posted something to my card yesterday, but there is no new active records in my account. I am sure I already paid for the 1st delivery 2 days after it had happened back in August.
I called CIC. They say the package was picked up on Tuesday Sept 5. Fedex says they don't have the package yet. Neither willing to help further. Not sure what I can do further.

I spoke with the IRCC agent today and told me that she has a good news for me that they dispatch all the return passport as of today... im trying to track it but she told me so many issues about tracking in canada post... but she reassure me that passport is sent to canada post as of today.. so hopefully i will get it in 3-4 days... My situation is very similar. Email from CIC says the PP was sent on September 5th, but tracker hasn't been activated yet. Not sure what's going on. It's been 34 days since they received my PP.
