I would suggest Sarnia, ON as no restrictions for day or time of landing as in all borders near Niagara. Also super quick at Sarnia...you'll be done with everything in less than an hour

4) Address where PR card has to be sent (no proof is required, however, just get the address)
Good to have-
4) Existing work permit /study permit/ visitor permit documents if any
5) Proof of funds - Bank statements (They normally don't ask but just in case)
6) Pay stubs - last 3 months
7) Medical reports

I called the call center today. They said the visa and copr has been printed but not sent yet. And they will send a request so that they mail it to me asap.

@Garry2i3i89 - For our landing at Sarnia - No photos were asked for landing. Asked for driver's licence or any other id for address proof. The officer just asked how much balance my account had and didn't check the statement though I was carrying one.
