My assumption for those who sent their passports for visa stamping and COPR on later dates which is after Aug 29 and Aug 30 received passport and COPR before us their VO must be other than CPC Ottawa as per the current trend CPC Ottawa is taking anywhere between 4-6 weeks to process. My wife submitted her passport to NDVO and she received it back within 3 days whereas I submitted before her and still didn't receive it.

Need help from you guyz,...I am currently in United States, here are my details:
PPR - July 27
PP received by CIC - Aug 02
Status updates--None
Tracker updates--None
Passport received--Not yet

I am stuck in this from the past 5 weeks. I am concerned now. can you suggest any ideas? I tried calling the customer service # 613 944 4000 1,1,1,1,1 but I am unable to get through further as the number is only from Canada . Can you guyz suggest any other alternatives? Thanks for you help.

I had to call CIC, they said my passport was stuck at the printing . The agent sent an email to see if there was any issue. I received my passport yesterday. Thanks for the help guyz

Yup we have CPC Ottawa as our processing Center.
