Hi guys I have a question. How you guys come to know that your passport is delivered or not. I am trying to put one of the CPC tracking number on one of the envelope but it says unfortunately we do not have this tracking number in our system.

need some help here.
Can we self-write the date, name and address of the photography studio on the back of our PPR photos? or they have to be stamped or written by the studio?
Thanks.

Instructions say that 'The back of one photo must bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio'. I'd got my photos from Costco, so they stamped it.

Fedex does deliver to P.O. box in Canada however, the address is being translated to 2303 stevenage eventually. I will update this thread once I hear back or see an update on my case, which should hopefully be sometime this week.
I just got off the phone with cic. That agent told me that we have to use the address on the ppr email even though it's a PO BOX address. He sounded like pretty sure that it's not a glitch. But still I don't quite trust usps to mail passports.
Anybody else is able to talk to cic?
