Still waiting to hear back. No update on my CIC account.

Was a bit worried since only after it got picked up at Canada Post I realised that I had forgotten completely about having my name and DOB on one of the photos but it had the date stamp etc.
Heard from a friend who had sent the wrong size photos for her PPR they then got back to her and asked to resubmit so was wondering how long they'd take to inform me or if they are just going to accept the photos and going to go ahead with my application. Wanted to know how long I should wait before I try contacting CIC on the status.

DOB and NAme is not a major issue. We havd cases in the past and already got approved. So don't worry.

Hi Anyone from this forum did inland landing in CIC office? Please if you can tell me when you book the appointment which number you called and which option you have to select to talk with someone. I tried this morning got chance to talk with an agent after 25 min and then she told its not the wright option what I opted and transferred to somewhere else which took forever. Just wondering anyone had the experience and please share the proper procedure. Thanks

I got my status approved too today

PPR 4th May
Passport sent 8th May
Passport received by CIC 9th May
PR approved (status changed in MyCIC) 15th May

So you won't get an email notification just a change/update in My CIC. So just keep checking once you send your passports.

About 5-10 days. Mine was about 5 days from delivery to change it status to say Approved. Now waiting for the passports t come back

Saw your msg come through and checked again and alas it was there! =D Took exactly a week for me. Just waiting now similarly to track the passport coming back! Looks like they were fine with me missing my name and DOB. Phew
