passport sent :9th aug
passport delivered 10th aug
application approved on cic website: 7th september
tracker still not activated

PP sent on Aug 08
PP delivered to Ottawa office on Aug 09

I haven't heard from CIC yet. No update on my CIC account either. Those who live in the US, what number did you call and get information about your status?

Yeah dont be surprised if you dont get your passport in one month, they are taking hell lot of time .

My wife sent her passport to CPC Ottawa on 18th of August. It was received by them on the 21st of August. She forgot to make a note of the return label. Is there a way to find out the return label.

She also has called CIC, they have said that her passport has been sent for printing. Once it is back from printing, then they can share the tracking details.

I don't think it is related to Irma. It says "Description is insufficient to classify commodity".

Yes, I stand corrected.
The package is being held by customs as the contents have not been described clearly enough on the invoice. Do a google search or go to the FedEx website, numberone, and you will know the cause.

You can expect a call from the customs tomorrow.....

I am an outland spousal sponsor case currently in Toronto on TRV.
I received PPR and instructions to either send to Islamabad or to Ottawa and the address mentioned is 365 Laurier Aveneue.
So I sent it to same address and hope things will be alright.
PPR request: 29 August 2017
PPT sent to Ottawa CPC PR: 29 August 2017
Package received in CPC-O: 30 August 2017

Same situation. Just wanted to know when your status got changed to "Approved" in CIC account? Have you received your passport(I would be amazed if you got your passports back within 10-15 days).

No not yet. I called CIC on Monday Sep 11, They told me that my passport is gone for printing and the agent said that He can not tell me how long it will take till they send back my passport. Still waiting.....
My CIC did not change too
