Did you receive the passport back? My wife submitted the passport at the Lahore office on 24 November.

I sent my wife’s passport thru Lahore VFS. On 4th of November. Still didn’t get the passport yet 4 weeks period is done. My friend sent it on 14th November and got it within 1 week. Strange.

Can you please confirm if you applied for PR? And if yes than, did you submit the consent form? I am aware that appointment is not required for passport submission for PR however was not sure about the exact process

For passport submission, you don't need the book an appointment. you can go to any VFS office and submit your passport.
