My wifes family got a passport request letter today, and they want to send their passports to VFS with a courier rather than going into the city themselves. There is a form on the VFS website "VFS Consent Form" that we need. In the form, there is one section about "Indirect Submission/Collection". If we send the passports/documents via a courier and we wish to use their service to send the documents back, what should we put here? Or is this section not needed, and is intended only for having a family member/representative collect the documents from the office directly?
