Passport Submission at Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi

Dear Friends

I would like to clarify two points:

1. when we'll receive the passport back only we'll get the passport with visa stamp on it or in addition to that any other documents coz i saw several time that the passport came with COPR (whats COPR).

2. My son is holding USA passport and dont need any visa to enter CANADA however he is including in our application what documents we'll receive for him in this case.

should i renew it and inform My visa office (by send them a copy of the new passport by mail)
and if someone let me know how did you ask London or where ever VO to obtain your passport here in Abu Dhabi VO

Roughly how many days Abu Dhabi embassy takes to send passports back to Dubai. I have a pre schedule travel on 4rth March and no news of my passport. My passport reached embassy on 14th Feb. Its almost 14 working days.

Anyone who received passport back within the same dates of submission?

Very late, Which courier service you used?.

One person i know submitted on 14th Feb and got it on 1st March via VFS and aramex.

Did you contact LVO for this delay and did you receive any response back. As they say contact after 30 days.

Yes, I called abudhabi, the person that received my call told me send an email also after I explained my situation to her and I sent an email the following day and luckily for me
they called me this morning that my passport has been sent through aramex and I confirmed by track number

how many days were you told that it will take. check your email.

i subscribed for the sms and email alert from VFS when passport are back

Aramex will return the package at home.

They told me a week but no news also i had a official travel to Doha on 2 MAR i attach the covering letter and ticket copy regarding my travel plans but still they haven't sent back passports.
