Were you originally supposed to submit it to any other VO and got it transferred to ADVO ?

I thought people were supposed to mail their PP to LVO.
Why did they ask you to submit to ADVO ? Do you know ?
If you are living in abudhabi you will get back in a week to 10 days after it is delivered to ADVO
