Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Unfortunately sometime it is slow. My passport delivered April 8th but it took them until May 2nd to tell me I need to resend my photos.

I am not entirely sure since the face size and background is up to their specs. My guess is my face was oily and shiny so the machine automatically reject it. Few people report the same problem in the forum. For the new photos I just made sure to wipe my face very dry and they approved it.

For me it took 5 days, delivered 5.9, status changed to approved on 5.14

Unfortuntaly i don't have acess to my Gkey

I sent it May 10th too! Did you send it through Canada Post? Maybe contact them?

hahahhahah....... Rajesh....i would say read the email they sent you and follow the instructions.
1. Bigger Envelop - to fit smaller (return one) with your passport
2. Regular size - can fit your passport.

Waoo.. we sent on same day...but I have no idea mine is approved or not because I have no Gkey access
