Thank you Bro... Thanks to you and Prince for all your support. My passports will goto my lawyers address. He will do the briefing on landing process and then i will do landing.

For BC it should be a day. Mine activates in eve 6 sh and delivered next day 1.30 noon.

Does anyone know about passport should have at least 6 months validity?
I sent 4 months and half left validity passport because I cannot extend my passport anymore.
I hope it is fine because I am already in Canada and inland applicant.

it's fine. as long it is valid before they print the sticker on it.

So, so you mean I should keep it attached?

I meant. unattached it or keep it attached doesn't matter. Immigration officer will keep it when you will do landing. make sure you have that with you when you does landing. Immigration officer will ask you first question."What is your current status in Canada? then you have to surrender your current work permit to him"... it is better to unattached your WP from passport because this way your permit will get so many folds. i like it unattached rest is your choice.

Silly question folk. I bought two envelopes to be sent to CPC Ottawa, one was letter-sized however the second one was a smaller one to fit into the letter-sized envelope. Will that be alright?

hahahhahah....... Rajesh....i would say read the email they sent you and follow the instructions.
1. Bigger Envelop - to fit smaller (return one) with your passport
2. Regular size - can fit your passport.

mine took 10 days. however some people got in few days. generally saying it may take up to 10-20 days. Canada post delivered all the mails into the PO box. it is up to CPC which mail box they open first. they have many in a single room.

called them after 5-6 days from now if no updates. CIC call centre will take action before 21 days (3 weeks).

Unfortunately sometime it is slow. My passport delivered April 8th but it took them until May 2nd to tell me I need to resend my photos.
