called Canadapost on 19th evening
"The Customer (cic) is bulk mail receiver and the canadapost mail delivery guy has already dropped the consignment to their mail room, so you should be fine, however if you want i can open the ticket for you since its containing passports" the next day a lady called up and said i am assigned on this ticket let me know if you get in contact with CIC mail them you have already sent the passports and ask them to pickup the mail.
Ever since the sent tracker is stucked for "out of delivery" neither receiving tracker is active.
as i am daily checking this thread other fellow members also suffering from the system in place in these departments.

So my return tracker activated on 27 th nov at 5.30!!! Cic recieved my passport on 13 th nov! Did anyone got any updates?? Wait is finally abt to get over!

looks like CPC is trying to clean up before Christmas, they started to return passports bit faster, 2 weeks now
that made my day
I am in depression now.
Passport sent 6th Nov , received 9th Nov but till date return tracker is not activated
I can't focus on my job as well
Need expert advise what to do
