Passport return from CPC ottawa

I got my COPR approved on my online account on Monday, however my return passport tracker is yet to be activated. Is it common for the return tracker to be activated after a few days? Any one else with the same experience? I had my passport delivered to CIC ottawa on June 19th.

Normal. Give it a few days
They mail passports in batches, not individually.

Getting a little worried - it's been over a week since approval, but the tracker is yet to budge.

Anyone else here facing the same issue? Guys it's been over a month that Ottawa has had my passport and - over 8 days since my application was approved.
