Passport didn't get stamped during last entry into Canada - does it matter when applying for a study permit?

I'm applying for a study permit extension (from within Canada) and have to provide a scan of my passport main page, as well as every page that is stamped. The problem is that on my last entry into Canada last summer, my passport didn't get stamped. At the airport I had to fill out something electronically at a machine and hold my passport against the machine (maybe it got "stamped" electronically?), and then show my passport and study permit to an immigration officer, who let me go without stamping my passport.
On the study permit extension application form (IMM5709), I have to provide my last entry date to Canada. I also have to scan any passport page that was stamped in addition to the main page. Like that, they will obviously see that my last entry date is not stamped on the passport (every previous entry always got stamped, just not last time).
Does it matter? Should I still provide the other stamped passport pages (as they request)? Or just the main passport pages with the personal info?

What allowed you to do it electronically? Was it because you were an EU passport holder? If so, just make sure you explain in your SOP what you did and why you don't have a stamp. You should be fine.

now a day no more passport stamps, so just say when was your last entry on the forms.
if you want you can write an explanation letter with the boarding pass(es).
