anyone else submitted recently but got back their passports ? This whole process is a black box . No updates at all I have international travel on Dec 6th . Not sure if I Ll get back by then !

Yes but here they mention they can’t answer any immigration related queries or PR related queries . I submitted a web form but got a very generic response !

For your passport to be returned to you urgently, you must provide:

• The reason for the urgency (e.g. death in the family, your own serious illness or surgery, serious illness of an immediate family member, engagements as an elite athlete, engagements as a conference speaker, etc.),
• Proof of urgency (e.g. a doctor's note, death certificate, or letter from your employer, etc.) and
• Proof of travel if you already booked your ticket. If you have not booked your travels yet, we recommend you wait until you receive your passport back before doing so.

Please send an email to: IRCC.CPCOPassportUrgent-UrgentPasseportCTDO.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, and include the following information:

• In the subject line of your email, please indicate:
  URGENT Passport retrieval / your application number / the tracking number of the envelope used to send in your passport / the reason for the urgency (e.g., death, illness, etc.),
• Your full name,
• Your application number,
• Your Unique Client Identifier (UCI),
• Your telephone number (where we can reach you during business hours),
• The reason for the urgent request,
• Proof of urgency, and
• Proof of travel (copy of your ticket or itinerary) if you have already booked your ticket.

Thanks ! I tried calling IRCC today . They it’s waiting for counterfoil and would be processed soon . You can check as well

Application status approved in GC key - Not updated so far
No updates since then.

UPDATE: Confirmation of Passport received on the tracker (Nov 23 23)

Same here :/ passport delivered on Nov 7 , signed by J.Joe . Not a single update since then please keep us posted if any of you see any updates . It’s beginning to worry me since it’s original passport

Update : GCKey updated to approved and counterfoil is generated !

Where do you see that Fedex tracker through once activated? Would it be in the same tracker or GC key log in?

Not sure if it’s seen in GCKey . I’m just tracking using my tracking number from label I used for return delivery .
