Does anyone know how to contact Ottawa's office now? The email address CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca no longer works. I tried three different email accounts and all emails cannot be delivered.

My passport was submitted on Sept 7th 2023 to VFS Global New York, has been with IRCC office (CPC Ottawa) since Sept 13th and till now they haven't generated counterfoil for my PR Visa stamp.

I have submitted a Web Form last week on 17th. I am waiting to hear back from them.

Any suggestions that any member here could suggest, I shall be very grateful.

Hi, did you get your passport back with conterfoil?
I am inside Canada under Trv ..ppr email received
I submitted my passport the 19th of October and CPC Ottawa PR received the 20th .
Submitted webform rabat morocco inform submitted passport to Cpc ottawa.
Its been 3 weeks my passport at CPC ottawa and nothing in tracker.

anyone else submitted recently but got back their passports ? This whole process is a black box . No updates at all I have international travel on Dec 6th . Not sure if I Ll get back by then !
