Hi everyone, any idea which courier services does vfs france use? They send my passport with "VIDE" and no info beyond that very frustrating the cs are not helpful at all.

Hello everyone.
I am an FSW outland candidate. My AOR is August 20th and MEP/BIL Sept 11th. My file was transferred to Paris office beginning of this month, October.
I would like to know anyone’s experience with Paris office for fsw express entry candidates and how long paris office processing time is.
Also, is there a number to call them on or i would have to raise web forms? Do they also respond to webforms?

Another request for docs- - Mar 10, 2020.
Meds reqs- August 20, 2020.
Meds submitted- Sept 1, 2020.
Passport request- - October 2, 2020.
Sent request to designated email for extended family exemption to travel restrictions - Oct 8, 2020.
Visa and COPR stamped - October 13, 2020.
Travel exemption authorized - Oct 30, 2020.
