Parents sponsorship form IMM1344 - Sponsorship agreement n Undertaking

Since i plan to sponsor both my parents in Jan 2014, do i need to fill form IMM1344 twice, once for my father n other for my mother, both specified as principal applicants? I ask becsuse that form does not have a section to specify my mother as a spouse of the principal applicant(person being sponsored). I imagine the sponsor must sign this undertaking twice, once for my father n once for my mother. Kindly advice, thank you.

I don't think the new parents forms are out yet, the form you are picking is for spouse
