Parents Sponsorship Fee payment..urgent

Parents Sponsorship Fee payment form IMM5770E has been changed in August 2014. Now in the form there is no option to determine how much fees to pay for my Mother (who is dependent of my father(Principal Applicant). Do I have to pay $550 for my dependent Mother?

also I have shown my wife as co-signer then do I have to sponsor fee = 2 * 75 = $150??

No, the fee is $550 for each, $1100 total

but the principal applicant fees is $475.

so it should be $150(Sponsor Fees me + my wife as co-sponsor) + $475(Principal applicant) + $550 = 1175.. am I right?

also on the new form it says $550 fees is for Spouse or Common Low Partner where as form in 2013 was saying Each family member aged 22 or older will pay $550.

No, it is $1100 total.

$75 sponsor fee (there is no extra fee for co-sponsor)
$475 principal applicant
$550 for dependent/spouse
