If you are sponsoring your mom and dad both then number of people in the application is 2+1 = 3. If you have a co sponsor, it should be 2+2 = 4

Hi, you are right. i was putting 2 instead of 3. now my application is linked. thanks a lot for your help.

Received a request from IRCC to submit PCC, but they did not provide any timeline. all they mentioned that In order to minimize any delays in processing your file, the following documentation is required for your sponsored family members. If not already included in your application,
request received on Oct 4th, Date of application submission is June 3rd 2024

I need some info - I am awaiting for the medical request and biometrics for my mom. She lives in India, but we want to bring her to US and CA for Christmas.
Do you know if the medicals have to be done in India or can they be done while she is travelling?

Hello, i got a letter back requesting to complete the Additonal Family information form for my mother in law as it was incomplete.
the form is to be completed by her and her husband. Her husband will not be joining her in Canada however he is still required to fill out this form as stated online.
this form is asking for his brothers and sisters and all his kids. this man does not even talk to half his family , he can get me the details for the kids but this brothers and sisters which are many is going to be an issue. What can i do in this situation.

They can complete Medicals and Biometrics here in Canada, there are no restrictions to those as it can be done anywhere.
 
I have linked my application in mycic, but there is button to upload doc after I click "View submitted application or upload documents"

I did not see any previous documents uploaded before in the page.

It has been more than 24 hours since I linked it. Any ideas?
 
I need some urgent help please. I'm applying to extend my parents stay in Canada. The portal doesnt have any section for the various additional supporting documents I want to submit. Any ideas on how to submit extra docs, there isn't even a section for the insurance policy. I can only upload one document at a time in the additional docs section. The deadline to submit for us is only two days away before they fall out of status urgent help is needed.

My parents have voter id address different of ancester village not same as adhar card what to submit pls n thanks
