Haha, after validation also I doubt myself . I have no way to find that out, I did email them last year, but they replied back saying in 2023 my number wasn't there. But they didin't confirm or deny from previous years.
It is because many are no longer qualified, either financially, no longer live in Canada, parents died, change their opinion on sponsorship. I know people in previous years in these categories
Exactly, so if they send out 35K ITAs, they would expect a number of them to not qualify. What I'm not clear is whether there is a 20K cap to those who qualified. So if out of the 35K, around 25K are good/valid applications, how do they determine who get's in the 20K cap? Will those be considered in the next round?
