Has anyone whose parents have a super visa gotten an invitation yet? Or does someone you know whose parents have super-visa gotten an invite?
Not sure if this is biased and not considering people who have a supervisa? Thoughts?
Supervisa and PGP are completed unrelated. You can be visiting Canada for years and never get selected for PGP and you could be living abroad and get selected for PGP. A supervisa is just a way to visit longterm but does not provide a pathway to move to Canada permanently.
I got invited to apply. Meet the LICO requirements for the past three years and for the current years (ongoing income)
- I’m worried hypothetically IF I were to lose my job and become unemployed will the prevent me from being approved? Or is my previous three years income locked in time and I’m okay even if I were to lose my job? Or would I immediately have to find something else in order to continue to qualify to sponsor?

Okay so let’s say I get let go is there a section in the forms that asks for my current job? That means I have to find something else before I apply? Or can I apply and then continue to find a job?
i haven’t been fired lol I’m just scared what if it happens hypothetically lol?

You don't want to misrepresent information in your application. If you are unemployed at the time you submit your application, you need to indicate that.
Is it acceptable to file a separate application for each parent, so that each of them will be a principal applicant in their own application? Thanks in advance.
Hi Everyone, I had a question regarding form IMM5562. All my siblings are married and are not dependent. Do I still need to fill up their trave history in IMM5562?

What’s the likely outcome of that? Will they send a pfl asking if I’m currently meeting the lico? Or since the past 3 years LICO is met they wouldn’t care?

As mentioned previously, you need to continue to meet LICO until the application is approved.
If you are unemployed when the application is submitted, I would recommend sending an update to IRCC once you have a job again and including an employment letter. You need to make sure your 2024 income continues to meet LICO.
Hey everyone, I'm currently in the process of filling out my parents' sponsorship application and could use some advice. Regarding the photos required for the application, I have separate images for the front and back of each photo. Do I need to combine them into one JPG file, or can I submit them separately?
Hi all, I'm uploading my parents' (principal applicant and spouse) passports. It says that all pages need to be uploaded correct? My other questions is do I only need to upload the current passport (effective from 2020) or I need to upload previous expired passport as well?
