I got a document request from CIC and when sending them email, the email is bouncing back saying IRCC mailbox is full.
Has anyone faced this?

Usually this happens during weekends, I have seen couple of them mentioning earlier also. Try sending it the morning time

I tried Monday night also, and got the bounce back again.
But it worked today morning.

Hello Everyone

IRCC has requested some additional documents for my parents like. Vote card, Adhaar card, invitation letter etc.
I have to email the documents. Should all the documents be in 1 PDF file or should i attach individually in the same email?
It has mentioned that the size of the documents should not be more than 5 mb.

Pls suggest as we are approaching due date.

Thanks for sharing.. Hopefully this means for the candidates who applied in 2024 but their applications are yet to be picked up for review by IRCC, that their application will be picked up as well and not that they have reached the 2024 quota!

Hope you are well. What do you mean when you said 2024 applications? I thought that we could not apply since 2020 as that was the last time anyone could apply and get in the pool for lottery pickings? And this is 5th consecutive year we can't apply and get into the pool?

They got selected in 2024 but entered the 2020EOI. Parent sponsorship is not guaranteed especially within a certain timeframe.

I have attached all in 1 pdf. I added a page before starting of any new set of docs (like Parents relationship-one set, Applicant Docs one set in the order its mentioned in the IRCC AOR letter) explaining what those docs would be.

You should keep all the files separated and name them properly. I.e. imme5990_yourdadname

Its good to keep separate with individual name for the applicant and dependent(if applicable) . Documentname_applicant/dependent name or vice versa

I would then suggest go with Majority. I found 1 pdf more appealing and looks like it was OK with CRA as post that they have sent AOR and PCC request.

Dear members,

I had submitted parent sponsorship in July 27 and received the AOR + PCC (Feb 5) to my email.

I am in process of submitting the PCC and based on instructions there are 3 options, email / gckey / webform.

For some reason i dont see upload button on gckey otherwise i would have preferred that option.

Has anyone submitted their PCC via email, if so have you sent the PCC from your email or your parents email ?

Was it successfully accepted and processed by IRCC ?

In the end I went with using the webform option.

Using the webform, was able to get an auto confirmation immediately and within a week received a more detailed confirmation that IRCC received the PCC and have sent to the correct department

Exactly same as you. I submitted application on July 26. Got ADR on Dec 24. Submitted ADR on Dec 24. No news since then. We are together in this boat.

Got AOR on Mar 07. Linked application to MyCIC account.
