Hi Everyone,

We submitted my parents docs including BM, Medicals, PCC in Aug after they requested and received an update Medical passed on September 5th and on Oct 3rd received another pre arrival services email as a reminder. Nothing after that. Our VO is Mississauga. Any idea how long is the wait after Medical passed.

For submitting a passport at VFS center it says also to submit

• Completed IRCC Appendix A form along with passport submission.

Hi everyone, pls I want to know if is possible to apply for visitor visa for my brother to accompany my mom when she’s landing cos I might be able to pick her from my country due to work schedule. Hi, I am new to this forum. I submitted applications to sponsor my parents to Canada (PGP) in December 2023. Yesterday, I received the Biometric Instruction Letter asking them to have their fingerprints and photographs taken. I also received a letter from IRCC confirming that I met the eligibility requirements as a sponsor. Does this mean the application review process is nearing its end? Thanks.

Congratulations on your PPR. I too just received the ADR for proof of relation. They are asking me to send Voters ID, PAN or AADHAR. I just have AADHAR. What else should I send for proof of relation. I am a citizen and applied for my Mother. Please if anyone can share your suggestions

I too received the same long back. I sent as below
Send
1)aadhar card of yours and mom,
2) Your birth Certificate (it shows your parents name)
3) if you have any funds/investments which has your mom as nominee that works too.
4) Any old health card in India or ration card or any document if your mom has where you are mentioned as Son.
This will work.
